Just me — the woman behind the lens!
Most of the time, I’m the one snapping the photos, but I stepped in front of the camera with two of my four favorite little people.
For those who don’t know me yet — I’m a mom of three (Bentley, Andrew, and Ellie), dog mom to three more (Luna, Milo, and Finn), married to my amazing husband (Eric) who usually is out of town working and the heart behind Sadie Rose Photography.
I wear a lot of hats — full-time employee at Lakehead University, small business owner, sports mom (hello football, hockey, AND soon dance life 🏈🏒💃🏼), and still somehow manage to sneak in a little magic behind the scenes for your beautiful sessions.
I’m a nature-loving, adventure-chasing, chaos-managing mama who just happens to be obsessed with storytelling through photos. Oh, and did I mention I’m a total Harry Potter nerd? My husband and I even have matching tattoos

From the moment you inquire to the final gallery delivery (and long after), my goal is to make sure you feel seen, heard, and completely comfortable in front of the camera. Your wedding day is about you, and I'm here to make it as seamless, joyful, and meaningful as possible.
I’m not just your photographer—I’m your wedding day bestie, your calm in the chaos, and your biggest hype girl. I’ll be there to fluff your dress, fix your veil, hold your bouquet, and sneak you a tissue when the happy tears start flowing. I’ll gently guide you through every moment so you never have to worry about what’s next.
But beyond the timeline and pretty photos, I’m here to create an experience that feels effortless and luxurious. You deserve to be fully present on your wedding day, soaking in every moment while I capture the magic unfolding around you.
And after the day has passed? I hope we won’t be strangers. Many of my couples become lifelong friends—and that’s truly the best part of what I do.

You’re always told by other brides “your wedding day is when you feel the most beautiful” and that is a true statement. Sadie made me feel like an absolute princess. She captured our day so perfectly with professionalism, humour and went above & beyond to make sure it was the best day. She laughed when we laughed and cried when we cried.
